How Is Victory Heights Governed?
Victory Heights Primary School – City of Arabia is part of the Interstar family of schools and operates under the guidance of an experienced board of directors. Led by Chairman Dinesh C Kothari, the board provides strategic oversight, sets the educational vision, and ensures that the highest standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding are maintained across every school in the group.
The governance model is designed to ensure that school leaders have the autonomy to make day-to-day decisions while remaining accountable to a board that brings deep expertise in education, finance, and operational management. Strong governance is the foundation of a purposeful and well-run school. It provides strategic direction, maintains accountability and ensures that our values are lived out in practice every day.
At Victory Heights, governance isn’t a distant structure — it informs our decisions about curriculum, provision, wellbeing and community. I am proud to work with a Board that prioritises educational excellence, rigorous oversight and the best interests of every child.
When governance and leadership are aligned, children benefit from clarity, consistency and continuity — and that is at the heart of what we seek to provide.
