How do I apply to Victory Heights Primary School?

What documents are needed?

You will need to provide your child's most recent school reports, your child's passport and Emirates ID (if applicable), and both parents' passports and Emirates IDs. Additional documents may be requested depending on your child's year group and individual circumstances.

Do I need a Dubai residency visa to apply?

A residency visa is not required at the point of application. However, a valid UAE residency visa and Emirates ID will be required by KHDA registration deadlines in order to complete enrolment.

Can overseas families apply?

Yes, we welcome applications from families currently based overseas. Assessments can be completed online for international applicants who are unable to visit the school in person prior to relocation.

What assessment slots are available?

Assessment sessions are held on Tuesday 2:00–4:30 PM, Thursday 2:00–4:30 PM, and Friday 10:00 AM–12:00 PM during term time. Please contact admissions to book a slot that suits your family.

How much are the school fees?

Annual tuition fees for 2025–26 range from AED 40,000 for Foundation Stage 1 to AED 57,000 for Year 6, payable across three terms. Fees are KHDA-approved and include core tuition, textbooks, and standard resources. View the full fee schedule →

Are sibling discounts available?

What is the application fee?

The application fee is AED 525 (inclusive of 5% VAT). This is a non-refundable, one-time fee that covers the administrative processing of your application and your child's assessment.

What additional costs are there?

Beyond tuition, families should budget for school transport (if required), uniforms, paid extra-curricular activities (ECAs), and occasional field trip contributions. Core ECAs and standard school resources are included in tuition fees.

What curriculum does the school follow?

Victory Heights Primary School City of Arabia follows the English National Curriculum (British Curriculum) from Foundation Stage 1 (age 3) through Year 6 (age 11). What specialist subjects are taught?

In addition to core subjects, children benefit from specialist teaching in Arabic, PE, Swimming, Music, Art, Arabic, Spanish (from Key Stage 2), STEAM, and Computing. Muslim children also receive specialist Islamic Studies lessons. All specialist lessons are delivered by qualified, subject-specific teachers.

What are the academic results?

Our sister school achieves consistently exceptional results. Year 6 outcomes: 100% Reading, 97% Writing, 98% Maths at or above expected standard. Year 2 outcomes: 89% Reading, 86% Writing, 87% Maths. We are committed to replicating and building on this standard at City of Arabia.

What are the ELLI animals?

ELLI (Effective Lifelong Learning Inventory) is a research-based framework from Bristol University that helps children understand and develop their learning behaviours. The seven learning dispositions are represented by animals: Bee (resilience), Cat (creativity), Chameleon (changing and learning), Owl (strategic awareness), Spider (making links), Tortoise (meaning making), and Unicorn (curiosity). Children learn to identify and strengthen these dispositions throughout their time at school.

What are the school hours?

Does the school have a swimming pool?

Yes, VHPS City of Arabia has an indoor, climate controlled swimming pool and a separate splash pool designed for younger children. All students receive weekly swimming lessons as part of the curriculum, taught by qualified swimming instructors.

What is the class size?

Maximum class size is 25 students. Our overall teacher-to-student ratio is 1:14, ensuring that every child receives the individual attention they need to thrive academically and personally.

Is school bus transport available?

Is the school inclusive?

Yes, Victory Heights is recognised for being highly inclusive, welcoming children with diverse abilities and learning needs. Approximately 8–10% of students are identified with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). VHPS City of Arabia is located in City of Arabia, Dubailand, Dubai, UAE. The school is conveniently positioned for families living in Arabian Ranches, Silicon Oasis, Mudon, Villanova, Tilal Al Ghaf, and surrounding communities in the Dubailand corridor.

What is the KHDA rating?

Our sister school, Victory Heights Primary School Sports City, has been rated Outstanding by KHDA for consecutive inspection years.
